Growing up in the pretty countryside of the Cotswolds, England, and residing in the Middle East for the last two decades, Lisa's passion for holistic wellness shines through her expertise in Sound Healing and Kinesiology, amongst other modalities. Lisa offers her clients a transformative wellness experiences that are life changing. 

Embracing the transformative power of Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls, she creates immersive sound journeys that guide her clients into a state of deep relaxation and self-discovery. In Dubai, Lisa is renowned for her Heart-Opening Cacao and Sound Healing Journey, blending the therapeutic properties of the plant medicine, cacao with the vibrational healing of sound. Everyone loves the taste of chocolate and a deep relaxing experience right, however her sessions come with a sprinkle 

Using Kinesiology, Lisa empowers her clients to unlock, and achieve personal goals through communicating with the body’s biocomputer using muscle testing to identify imbalances or disruptions in the body's energy flow. She balances the body’s energy using acupressure and the Chinese meridian system, helping clients harmonise their physical, mental, and emotional health. This approach facilitates life transformations and releases emotional and trauma blockages in the body, without the need to relive past experiences. 

In addition to Sound Healing and Kinesiology, Lisa is also a certified Hypnotherapist and proficient in many other healing modalities, including Access, Reconnective Healing, and Breathwork
