About Lisa

Growing up in the beautiful countryside of the Cotswolds, England, and residing in the Middle East for the over two decades, Lisa has always enjoyed helping others. With a corporate background in Human Resources, Lisa was made redundant during the pandemic resulting in her 'side hustle' becoming her 'main hustle'', a life upgrade leading her to live her soul purpose in life. 

Lisa suffered with depression and anxiety in her younger years which is why she is passionate about helping others feel good about themselves and live a happier life. There is always a way to change how you feel whether it's going for a walk or listening to some soothing sounds. Lisa authentically channels through Sound Therapy, and Integrated Healing (Kinesiology), to facilitate her clients receiving transformative wellness experiences that are often life changing. 

In the United Arab Emirates, Lisa is popular for her Heart-Opening Cacao and Sound Healing, a combination of the heart opening plant medicine, cacao (raw chocolate) with the vibrational healing of Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls, where she creates immersive sound journeys that guide her clients into a state of deep relaxation, and inner connection. 

Using Integrated Healing (Kinesiology), Lisa empowers her clients to unlock emotional doorways to achieve personal, and professional goals through communicating with the body’s biocomputer using muscle testing to identify imbalances or disruptions in the body's energy flow causing that 'stuck' or 'blocked' feeling.  

She balances the body’s energy using acupressure points and the Chinese meridian system, helping clients harmonise their physical, mental, and emotional health. This approach facilitates life transformations and releases emotional and trauma blockages in the body, without the need to relive past experiences. 

In addition to Sound Healing and Kinesiology, Lisa is also a certified Hypnotherapist and proficient in many other healing modalities, including Access, Reconnective Healing, and Breathwork
